No iron dome we cannot pierce: Top Iran commander

A senior Iranian commander says that there is no “iron dome” in the world which we cannot pierce.

“There is no iron dome in the world that we cannot pierce. What is said about this dome (Israel’s Iron Dome) is mostly psychological warfare and propaganda,” Deputy Chairman of Iranian Armed Forces' Chiefs of Staff Brigadier General Massoud Jazayeri said on Thursday.
He added that Iran’s intelligence on the enemy is increasing day by day and added the Islamic Republic is in possession of significant military intelligence.
Jazayeri also downplayed Israeli threats to launch an attack against Iran as psychological warfare and said Tel Aviv lacks the military capability to attack the Islamic Republic.
He said that Israel is susceptible to serious vulnerabilities and added any miscalculated move by Tel Aviv against Iran could lead to the annihilation of that regime.
The Iron Dome has been developed by Israel in an attempt to intercept and counter short-range missiles and artillery shells and has been established with the financial support of the United States.
Hezbollah has recently sent a radar-evading drone deep into the Israeli airspace.
The operations code-named Hussein Ayub saw Hezbollah’s drone fly hundreds of kilometers into the Israeli airspace and get very close to Dimona nuclear plant without being detected by advanced Israeli and US radars, Hezbollah Secretary General Nasrallah said during a televised speech on October 11.

On October 14, Iran’s Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi confirmed that the radar-evading drone had been developed by Iran.
