Iran invites ‘Bodu Bala Sena’ organisation for a tour

The Iran government has invited officially the officials of the ‘Bodu Bala Sena’ organisation office bearers for a tour of their country to show them how they treat the people who belong to other religions are treated in their country. This invitation has been made by the Ambassador of Iran in Sri Lanka Dr N.M.Hasan Fo.

The Ambassador for Iran in Sri Lanka had made a plea with regard to destroying of Buddhist statues in Iran that it is all fake information that had been made public by their enemy countries. He also confirmed that there is no truth in that saying. It had been mentioned that no care for Buddhist statues when they are displayed, the saying is also incorrect. He went on to add that they are preserved in well covered shelves and displayed in the most careful and respected manner.
